Canadian Geographic and its publisher The Royal Canadian Geographical Society, with funding from the Government of Canada, created this interactive website as part of a larger initiative dedicated to highlighting community relocations in Canada.
The RCGS acknowledges that its offices are located on the unceded territory of the Algonquin Peoples, who have been guardians of, and in relationship with, these lands for thousands of years.
